Domestic & International

Your pieces will be shipped through Canada Post. If it is a small enough item it will be shipped via stamps to keep the cost low. All originals are shipped with tracking that is sent to you automatically when the shipping label is created.

If your order is returned to our studio because it was not deliverable/delivered, you will be responsible for covering the shipping to resend it to you if the error is not on our studio end (ie if we mess up the shipping, we will cover it. If you enter an incorrect or undeliverable address, you cover it). And invoice for the shipping amount will be sent to you via Paypal link.

Please note that often times packages can be delayed due to shipping issues, holidays, high volume, etc. and sometimes tracking numbers are not consistently scanned. If you have any issues you can notify us at hello@carlygordon.ca and we will do our best to see where your package is at and give you an update. If you do not receive your package within 90 days we will issue a new item or refund, depending on what your order was.
