“Avalonia” is a swirling whimsical landscape of a crumbling castle set on seaside cliffs with pink flowers tumbling down to the water. It represents the everlasting love of two; that even when what we build disintegrates, the energy of it lingers.
The Scotland Collection is an ongoing body of work that draws visual reference from a road trip my wife and I took through Scotland in spring of 2023. It is inspired by queer ancestry and what their lives might have been like, imbued with my personal experiences of love, friendship, and queerness. Read more here.
