This painting features one of the most iconic scenes from Dean Village and the Water of Leith. It is incredibly hard to photograph the colour nuances happening - but this piece is full of glowing rainbows in the sky and waterway.
The Scotland Collection is an ongoing body of work that draws visual reference from a road trip my wife and I took through Scotland in spring of 2023. It is inspired by queer ancestry and what their lives might have been like, imbued with my personal experiences of love, friendship, and queerness. Read more here.
